Refund Processing

  • Customized Orders: Orders for customized, made-to-order, or personalized products cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed, as production begins immediately.
  • Shipping Fees: If an order is canceled after the shipping process has begun, any shipping fees paid may be non-refundable.
