Non-Returnable Items

- Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products.
- Software or products where the seal has been broken.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or shows signs of use.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Our Team: Email us at now100eretails@gmail.com to request a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
- Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include all parts, accessories, and a copy of your proof of purchase. Please write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Ship the Item: Mail your return package to the address provided. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
Shipping Costs & Refunds
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., we sent the wrong or a defective item).
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at now100eretails@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photos or a video of the damage/defect. We will arrange a free return and ship a replacement or process a full refund at no cost to you.
